I. Cylindrical Battery Turret Laser Flying Galvanometer Welding System
1. Unique low thermal drift and high-reflection design, which can support up to 10000w laser welding work

II. Automatic M2 measurement beam analyzer

3. Laser pole piece cutting
Light cutting pole piece is to use a high-power density laser beam to act on the position of the battery pole piece to be cut, so that the local position of the pole piece is quickly heated to a higher temperature, and the material is quickly melted, vaporized and ablated or reaches the ignition point to form a hole. As the beam moves on the pole piece, the holes are continuously arranged to form a very narrow slit, thereby completing the cutting of the pole piece.
Technical features:
1. Non-contact, there is no problem of die wear, and the process stability is good;
2. The heat impact is less than 60um, and the molten bead overflow is less than 10um.
3. The number of splicing laser heads can be freely set, and 2-8 heads can be realized according to needs, and the splicing accuracy can reach 10um; 3-head galvanometer splicing, the cutting length can reach 1000mm, and the cutting size is large.
4. With perfect position feedback and safety closed loop, stable and safe production can be achieved.
5. The controller can be offline to ensure the stability of normal production; at the same time, it has a variety of interfaces and communication methods, which can freely connect automation and customer customization, as well as MES requirements.
6. Laser cutting only requires a one-time cost investment, and there is no cost of replacing the die and debugging, which can effectively reduce costs.
